There is no such thing as a Hyundai Jeep. If you have gotten so confused as to think there is, you've probably also confused the year and the warranty.

Hyundai does not and will never make a Jeep product. If you have problems with the vehicle and the warranty is still valid. You should consult directly with the manufacturers headquarters here in the US. In most cases warranties are very misleading. In most cases, you will have to pay for the labor involved or the parts. Either way you will have to fork over some cash. The auto makers fool people in to believing that a warranty covers everything. It doesn't cover everything. That is why if you purchase a new vehicle, you should get a copy of a warranty read by an lawyer to look for loopholes.

I would personally contact the manufacturer. The transmission should be covered under the "Jeep" 5 year power-train warranty. As for the air conditioner, you should speak with someone in management about the situation. If it is not resolved there at the dealership, then you could contact Hyundai and explain the situation with their dealership. Just because the dealership is locally owned, they still have to answer to Hyundai.

Hyundai doesn't manufacture Jeeps, so you couldn't have purchased "Hyundai jeep directly from the manufacturers" - when you figure out what you have and where you bought it, you will probably have a better time with warranty service.

Never heard of a Hyundai Jeep. Its either a Jeep or a foreign piece of crap, which sounds to me like you bought the foreign piece of crap, so that's where you made your mistake. As for the repairs, sounds like you didn't take care of the vehicle. A transmission should give you at least 80-100,000 miles before trouble. The airconditioning system wouldn't be covered under warranty.

Is there a customer service number in the owners manual? Ask the dealer to speak to the area or zone customer relations rep.
