How do you use bin and que files after downloading?

bin and cue files are files for a image CD
The bin it the image and the cue it a simple text file that store the information about it
You can burn these files with a software burning tool like Nero (burn from a image) or you can open its with a virtual DVD/ CD driver program like daemon tools (excellent !)

you can use them to burn to disk with nero or use a disk mouting software like alcohol 120%
