Well, your question has two answers.
Scientifically your IQ will not increase by drinking beer. In fact doctors say that if you consume too much alcohol your brain cells will get damaged.
Socially you will feel that you know everything after a couple of beers. This is also a proven fact.
It is upto you to decide which one is correct.

NO!
Ever noticed how old men who have drunk large daily quantities of beer all their life can't create a coherent sentence or have a decent conversation, and barely function at all?
Chronic alcohol consumption poisons body cells, brain included.
The reason you are uncoordinated etc when drunk is because it drastically slows down your brain.

No, alcoholic drinks do not aid your IQ, but in excess they can atrophy the brain. Try doing some puzzles instead.

Nope. In the drunks' mind, they are smart. But everyone around them thinks they are stupid. Beer is also known as 'liquid courage'.
Don't drink and drive!

no because it destorys two important things if drunk in exsess. one is brain cells meanig less cells to carry information across nerev strands and two destroying never strands itself. your brain is kinda like a spider web linking every pice of your brain together and when you destroy certain strands it takes longer for information to be passed between the two making harder to comprehend little by little.
