Depends on which phone you got, which carrier, and what kind of connectivity you got (Internet, Bluetooth, USB cable...)

Nokia have Nokia Phone Tools (free from Nokia) but you need the DKU-5 or the later USB cable.

Verizon have this app that you download. Something like Backup Buddy or something like that.
