Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-H2: can I use regular AA size batteries?

I'm currently on the NiMH batteries and charger provided withh Sony.

You can use any rechargeable NiMH or non-rechargeable Li-Ion AA batteries.
Just don't waste pair of normal AA batteries. Digital cameras chew those up & spit them out. Look for a mAh rating of 2200+. The higher the mAh number, the longer a charge will last.
