Okay so I've just about tried everything from neutrogena to proactiv, but nothing seems to work. I have sensitive skin that is also oily, and no matter what products I use they dry out my skin, which causes more oil and thus leads to more breakouts. I have even tried using the products once a day, and I still end up peeling and still getting acne. Does anyone have advice or a really good product that wont dry out the skin, and control acne and excess oil. Please help me.

I think it's time to see a dermatologist. They can prescribe some very effective, really good products that will certainly help.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Hi,

Have you thought of doing a detox.

While most people the skin is related to the skin only, this is not true. Our skin is also related to our health of your other organs in our body.

Therefore, when our other parts of the body are dirty or are not functioning well, the toxins are passed off to our skin.

Therefore, you may find that no matter what skin products you use, it is not working. Because you have not gone to the root of the problem.

I have had people with skin problem get much better after I taught them how to detox.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

Have you tried changing your diet? Try cutting out dairy foods and reduce your fat intake and sugars. Forego the sodas, burgers, fries, candy, etc and try eating healthier. Whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Bacteria on your skin causes that acne and unhealthy foods can feed that bacteria. Give it a go for a few months and see how it works. Good luck and I'm sorry you have to go through this!

idk if you have tried any of this stuff. but just go through the whole routine everyday of 1. washing your face with a good acne clearing face wash. and its really important that you use hot water to wash, and cold to rinse, because hot water opens up ur pores, and cold closes them. 2. use a facial scrub. hot and cold water again. 3. use a face mask 3 times a week. maybe more for you. i really like burts bees. 4. moisturize your face. 5. get some oxy medication or something to dry up pimples, and put it on them 6. dont touch your face. keep your hands clean, if you need to touch your face. change your pillowcase every night or every other night. 7. water is AMAZING it really does the trick to help when your breaking out. drink tons of water. and its good your working on your diet. thats also important. hope this helps!!

I suggest keeping your face clean and after you rinse well, wet a sterile cotton ball in hydrogen peroxide. Do this as many times a day as you want. Peroxide is not drying. Good luck.
