You have a dark enough complexion to pull it off, but if you're doing it just to fit into the emo scene, don't do it.
Honestly, emos think they are all avant garde, but they are just as much sheep as preppies or any other group. If you want to make a statement, be a punk with your natural hair color.

I think u'll look cute with the black hair, u can try it and if u'll not like it remove it by Hair Color Removal Shampoo.

I think you should go liter on the color. Black hair on you will make you look more mean and punk rocky. I don't think it will look good on you. Like the rejects on american idol, it's too harsh.

Black isnt really your color. Id say stick to your natural color or try shades or red, sorry I cant remember the exact color name..
