It concerns me that you want to weigh 89 pounds. Unless you are under 5 feet tall, it is very unhealthy to weigh under 100 pounds.
Assuming 89 pounds is healthy for your body shape, follow these rules and you will lose 2 lbs. per week.
1) drink 8 glasses of water a day
2) EAT BREAKFAST
3) don't eat after 7PM
4) eat fresh fruit for snacks
5) eat fish, chicken, and lean turkey
6) no white starches (no potatoes, no white rice, no white bread)

Sure, just eat less and exercise more.
A pound of fat equals 3,500 calories. To lose one pound a week you will need to expend 3,500 more calories than you eat that week, whether through increased activity or decreased eating or both.
Experts agree that to lose weight you need to exercise for at least 30 minutes at 60%-70% of your Max Heart Rate (MHR). A simple way to calculate MHR is 220 minus your age. So if you’re 45 years old, for example, your MHR would be 220-45=175. 60% of 175 is 105, and 70% of 175 is 122.5. So you should exercise daily for 30 minutes at a heart rate between 105 and 123.
You don’t need additional equipment—infomercial products like the Ab Lounger, Sauna Belt, etc. are all worthless gimmicks so don’t waste your money.
Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. If you don't wake up ravenous, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed. Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Become familiar with websites like http://chubbyloser.com that contain good information on what to eat, including supplements.
Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.
Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, you need to drink more water.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

How tall are you and what is your frame type? Unless you are small, that could be an unhealthy weight for you. Otherwise, I suggest drinking at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily, adding more fiber to your diet, making sure you get adequate calcium intake with low fat dairy products and exercise definitely helps. Also, lots of fruits and vegetables. If you are looking for a sensible eating program I suggest the South Beach Diet or even to join a local Curves. Curves gives you nutrition/diet advice and has a super workout designed just for women, and let me tell you as a 4 year member that it definitely tones you up and makes you look and feel good and it only takes 30 minutes, three times a week to see results. Good luck.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Unless you are under three feet tall, or you are less than 12 years old, you don't really need to lose weight. Your current weight is fine. But, if you still want to lose, the best way is to eat LESS carbs and LESS or no sugar. Carbs are: breads, all noodles, rice, potatoes and flour. Carbs turn into sugar, so if you eat sugar too, it's real bad for your body. Limiting yourself will really bring the pounds off.

Simple : watch your portions. so many ppl over eat without knowing. & be careful about when you eat.. have your three daily meals, but small portions and even a snack too. Never watch tv while eating ...you tend to eat more than you need. Take smaller bites & chew your food well too.. It takes time for you to feel full and that will buy you time so you will realize before you stuff yourself so full that you are no longer hungry. Ans i always say..eat til your no longer hungry.. not until your super full! Hope this helps.
