and you will feel hungry eating junk...
mayo - ban it!!!
cereals - whatch out of sugars
chocolate dip???
breakfast is the most important meal of the day - i tells your body its time to wake up and start burning calories.
where are your veggies and fruit????
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

That's not a lot if you think of it in caloric consumption. Think of it this way:
1 orange + coffee = ~200 cal
Special K (inc. milk) = ~ 280 cal
Tuna sandwich = ~ 350 - 375 cal
Cereal again = ~ 280 cal
Celery w/chocolate = ~ 100 cal
My estimates are likely low but chances are you ate no more than 1500 calories today. For a moderate to active lifestyle, you should be eating around 2200 - 2400 calories per day, especially if you're working out. You're probably feeling hungry because your body didn't take in enough protein and/or fiber.
Depending on WHAT you consume, eating more doesn't necessarily mean you're going to gain weight. If you're consuming a lot of fiber and lean protein, it'll help more than hinder.
You're doing fine and you shouldn't worry so much. Yes, obesity is a problem but I'd advise you against freaking out over so little. Feed your body, don't starve it strictly out of fear of getting fat. If you're working out 2-3x a week, then chill.

You are eating too many empty calories so you're hungry. Plus you had very little protein. Instead of the cereal, try a few slices of lean turkey or pull out your George Forman grill and grill a boneless, skinless chicken breast. Instead of the celery and chocolate, eat an apple or some grapes. You definitely need to eat a big breakfast (try an egg and nonfat yogurt, but not cereal because, again, it's just empty calories). Good luck!

You are "starving" because you are literally starving your body. You pretty much gave it nothing but sugar and caffeine with a little fiber today. What do you expect it to run on? If you would eat sensibly from all food groups and include protein and dairy especially, you would find that you are not as "hungry" and that you also aren't gaining weight. Also...did you drink any water today? A lot of the reason you feel so hungry is partially due to dehydration. If you don't keep up the water intake, your body will go into a shut-down mode and fight to keep every calorie you put into it. Don't harm yourself in this way.
It sounds as if you are on a very destructive path of an eating disorder. Please seek some professional help as soon as possible.

That is almost nothing. Don't skip breakfast. It should be your BIG meal. Have an apple, or a grapefruit about 3 hrs later. Both will help burn fat(yes Mom was right about grapefruit- but no sugar on it!) then a medium lunch w/ a big salad w/ oil and vinegar dressing. then another appleas a snack. a small dinner w/ another big salad(and I don't mean just lettuce) before6pm then a grapefruit a couple hrs b4 bed. If everything is organic even better. and you will lose weight! and NOT BE HUNGRY!

Two bowls of cereal, an orange, a sandwich and a piece of celery and a cup of coffee?
That really doesn't sound like a lot.

That doesn't sound like a lot to me.
If you are still hungry, have a large glass of water and another piece of fruit or some vegetables.

I think that you arn't eating overly alot maybe it would help if you had maybe a better variety of foods. You arn't going to get fat by eating that each day.
