well first of all, its not going to be that easy to lose 250 lbs by the summer...its going to take time and dedication. you should stop eating junk food and regular soda...switch to water ( you can make it taste better by adding crystal light...its healthy Kool-Aid...lol) juice, diet, caffeine free soda if you must drink soda. Move more..go outside and just walk around the block or even walk back and forth in your house...keep track for a week of what your eating now...and count the calories....its prolly no where near the mafe, not to mention "safe"amount of calories...2500 a day...pregnant women need to get at least this a day....because she is supporting another life...anyways....to begin that....count the calories you are taking in....decrease it to the FDA approved 2500....eat more friut and veggies...more protien.....
e-mail me and I can give you some creative ideas on how to acheive your goal...I could even be your "sponsor" so to say...mail me

A pound of fat equals 3,500 calories. To lose one pound a week you will need to expend 3,500 more calories than you eat that week, whether through increased activity or decreased eating or both.
Experts agree that to lose weight you need to exercise for at least 30 minutes at 60%-70% of your Max Heart Rate (MHR). A simple way to calculate MHR is 220 minus your age. So if you’re 45 years old, for example, your MHR would be 220-45=175. 60% of 175 is 105, and 70% of 175 is 122.5. So you should exercise daily for 30 minutes at a heart rate between 105 and 123.
You don’t need additional equipment—infomercial products like the Ab Lounger, Sauna Belt, etc. are all worthless gimmicks so don’t waste your money.
Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. If you don't wake up ravenous, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed. Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Become familiar with websites like http://chubbyloser.com that contain good information on what to eat, including supplements.
Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.
Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, you need to drink more water.

You need to make a permanent life change, don't think of it as a temporary diet because your weight will just yo-yo. Starving yourself is never a good idea, it's actually best to eat many small meals like 5-6 throughout the day; keeps your metabolism going. Eat healthy- not so much fat, no junk food, no processed sugar, not too much bread- eat whole grain. Never eat till your full (you'll stretch your stomach). Drink 8 glasses of water a day( has to be plain, no adding flavor)- not only do you need it but also helps in making you feel fuller. I hated it at first and now I love it, I crave it. AND exercise. Believe me, it's the only way- exercise & healthy diet. I have dieted I don't know how many times, sometimes also exercised but as soon as I stopped the diet & especially if I was exercising I just put the weight back on. It might feel hard for you to want to do it- force yourself- you'll only feel this way in the beginning but later you'll even want to do it, it will make you feel real good. Don't over do it, start slow, do a sensible amount, don't try to run a marathon in one day. I found swimming to be the best for me- felt like I didn't really put that much effort into it- not like bouncing around with aerobics- I'd get so hot, red & too tired. And don't feel overwhelmed thinking you need to lose so many pounds, just take it one day at a time. Losing slowly is the healthiest way to do it anyway.

eat healthy, do not eat out, if you can bring your own lunch to school. I remember when I was in school ten years ago the food was not very healthy (processed greasy fatting food). And also too drink water all of the time that will cut a lot of calories for you. Also too on occasion (like when you meet your weight goals maybe every two to three weeks) treat yourself to a small portion of your favorite (but unhealthy) food.
And you might want to see a doctor too, I am guessing for you to get to a healthy bmi, you probaly need to lose over 100 pounds, and you need a doctors help for that

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Yes, I can help. Keep a food diary of all that you eat (include calories consumed & if it was protein or carb & the fiber content).
Next, try to limit your daily calorie intake to 1,200 calories. If you consume 25-30 grams of fiber a day: you can easily subtract 100 calories from your total consumed daily calories! Drink Lots of no-calorie liquids.
Next, Exercise by doing the things you love to do. Walk your dog, run or walk with a friend, try a new sport, pace while you talk on the phone. Try doing leg lifts or use hand weights while watching TV, or you could march in place or jog in place while watching TV. On commercial breaks, run up & down stairs if you have them in your house. Any kind of movement helps, even people who have nervous habits such as constant toe tapping or nervous leg swinging when sitting . . .all that burns extra calories.
Try to limit fats & sugar in your diet & eat more protein.
Enlist a friend to help you & exercise together. Good luck.
Lastly: Be kind to yourself when looking in the mirror. Change takes time. Give yourself at least one month to see results.
