....and I have a mild gingivitis thing going on in my mouth. According to the dental assistant, it isn't worth worrying about going into the surgery. Should I just go to my scheduled appointment and see what the surgeon thinks?

I have been given three prescriptions and one of them is for Amoxicillin (the other two are Vicodin and an oral rinse). I also brush, floss, and rinse with mouthwash twice daily though I missed my twice-daily rinse because I ran out of my regular prescription rinse.

You don't have to worry.Just have them pulled.Use the Amoxicillin and Vicodin for pain.Follow the instructions after your teeth are pulled.Within 2 days you'll be back to your routine.I don't see any problems here.

When I have teeth removed, I go to a highly recommended Surgeon and there is a Consultation Meeting a few days before the Surgery. I always ask to be put completely under.
It costs about $400.00 extra
but it is really worth it.
