Scriptural Citations on Apostolic Tradition

"So then, brethren, stand firm and hold to the traditions which you were taught by us, either by word of mouth or by letter." (2 Thessalonians 2:15)

"It was he who gave gifts to people; he appointed some to be apostles, others to be prophets, others to be evangelists, others to be pastors and teachers. He did this to prepare all God's people for the work of Christian service, in order to build up the body of Christ". - Ephesians 4,11-12

"Remember your former leaders, who spoke God's message to you. Think back on how they lived and died, and imitate their faith". - Hebrews 13,7

Is the Bible the sole infallible guide to Christian doctrine and practise?

No. But you are mixing up a couple questions. First, is the bible infallible in it's written form? Using people are asking " do you believe in verbal, plenary inspiration? Sadly people are actually forgetting that the bible tells the stories, but the bible is not magic like a spellbook. There are people that worship the Bible, called bibliolatry. The book actually replaces Jesus, so be careful out there with claims that people make.

Second part. Is the bible sufficient to teach how to lead a Christian life? Yes, but Christianity is meant to be lived in community with humans, not just papers and books. So make both people and the Bible part of your walk with God in this life.

Is there a scriptural basis for the teaching of sola scriptura?

Well Luther was pretty mad at the church so he said all you need is the bible and he threw a bunch of other good stuff out with the bad. Sola scriptura is just a theological tantrum that really caught on with a lot of people. It can't be proven from Scripture, but lots of people still try.

Did divine revelation stop after the publication of the Bible?

God is always revealing himself to us. He doesn't need to publish additional books or make movies to get our attention. He has other ways...

What is the relationship of Sacred Scripture and Apostolic Tradition in the transmission of divine revelation?

The Apostolic fathers used the Old Testament to base most of their theology on. The New Testament wasn't really formed until the middle of the 4th century, although the fathers were regularly referring to the four gospels and Acts by 150 AD.

Now I am just guessing that you might be asking a question about "dispensationalism" -- did revelation stop with the apostles? I don't think the apostolic fathers believed that for they saw the Holy Spirit at work in themselves as they led the church. Dispensationalism is a pretty recent theology.

God States in the Bible
"I am the same Yesterday, Today, and Forever.."
"I work not among the children of men save it be according to faith."
God has spoken to every nation that ever was thru Prophets and these prophets written words were called scriptures..The gentiles carried the Bible from the jews.
This is now the Dispensation of the fulness of times when all things shall be gathered in one prepatory to the second coming of the messiah which is nigh at hand..Revelation has never truly stopped..Our Lord's plan is as should be..we all have a right to revelation to a certain extent so long as we humble ourselves

I dont know what "sola scriptura" actually is, unless it means"only the bible scriptures" or bible canon. but if so, these are some scriptural basis

(2 Timothy 3:16-17) 16 All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.
(2 John 10) . . .If anyone comes to YOU and does not bring this teaching, never receive him into YOUR homes or say a greeting to him. . .

(Revelation 22:18-19) 18 “I am bearing witness to everyone that hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone makes an addition to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this scroll; 19 and if anyone takes anything away from the words of the scroll of this prophecy, God will take his portion away from the trees of life and out of the holy city, things which are written about in this scroll.

(2 Corinthians 11:2-5) . . . For I am jealous over YOU with a godly jealousy, for I personally promised YOU in marriage to one husband that I might present YOU as a chaste virgin to the Christ. 3 But I am afraid that somehow, as the serpent seduced Eve by its cunning, YOUR minds might be corrupted away from the sincerity and the chastity that are due the Christ. 4 For, as it is, if someone comes and preaches a Jesus other than the one we preached, or YOU receive a spirit other than what YOU received, or good news other than what YOU accepted, YOU easily put up [with him]. 5 For I consider that I have not in a single thing proved inferior to YOUR superfine apostles.

The Bible is God's written Word to us.
It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit.

"Above all you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit." 2 Peter 1:20-21. (New International Version)

Breakdown of the Bible

No.

God is a fair God. Even before he built us, He knew that it is not possible for everybody to have access to the Bible and so he planted within each and everyone of us His Holy Spirit - the one that can tell what is right or wrong, whether we are a Christian or not.

My answer would be the same as Doug. Sola scriptura came only after the Protestant Reformation.

The Bible is not the sole guide, infallible or otherwise, to Christian doctrine. Bible, Holy Tradition and Reason are the guides.

The Bible is the kernel of the Catholic tradition. If sola scriptura was correct it would definitely be in the Bible.

Sola Scriptura is Biblically unsound.

The Bible references books as authoritative that did not make it into the Bible. Further... it is by tradition, not scripture, that the Canon was determined.

Sola Scriptura is intrinsically flawed.

The bible will corrupt all into a faulty understanding. Your question proves that. There is only one Holy Spirit which leads us. No matter what anyone believes. There can only be one Truth. Our perception cannot, hasnot, willnot change that.
