What the heck is Nopalina? Anyway, per dietician, consume no more than 1500 calories and No more than 27 grams of fat, if you dont exercise you should loose 2 pounds per week, if you exercise you will loose More between 2-5 so it is a reasonable amount of time to do this, Wish you Luck

I don't think you need to lose any weight.. just go to a Physiotherapist to help get your stomach area flattened.
Also note it's extremely bad idea to lose 10 lbs in just 7 weeks that's just a wee bit over a month! It can be done though on a straight fruit and juice diet with the occasional
dish of bran.. The Directions are on a special marked pkgs of Special K! Avoid sweets. U can flavour your cereal with diced fruit. Also reduce your intake of salt and salt based products! No meat during the fruit diet. ( I don't recommend the diet I just mention it) Richard Simmon says Twist While You Walk! Avoid Elevators use the stairs whenever possible. If time permits walk home the long way! A 3 mile walk aday will do more than most excerises! Oh what the heck are crunches.. some form of exercise? sounds like it's not a safe thing to do!

people have already given great advice...but anyway here's my 2 cents...
I would say eat small meals often, and don't eat after 8pm....try to eat as many vegs in your meal as possible, and keep the carbs at a low. Eat slowly as it takes 20 mins before your brain realizes you are full, and don't go long periods without eating as then you may binge.
25 sit up isn't that much, do at least 50 standard and then another 30 side sit ups to work your side abs(having oneleg bent over the over and lifting towards opposite side)....also do another 50 situps that work your lower ab (rest your legs against a wall). Work on other areas too to build muscle which will higher your metabolic rate as your mucsles become stronger and will burn more calories on their own, but other than muscle building every other say, the days you are giving then a rest do something that will lift your heart rate for at 20 minutes to burn fat.
10 pounds isn't that much, you could easily lose that in a week on a crash diet, but it will be mostly water so don't bother (also it 10 pounds of water won't show like losing 10 pounds of fat)...eat right and do the above and you will get there.
Don't rush situps or any kinda muscle building exercise, do them slowly otherwise you will end up going into momentum and it will take longer to tear the tissue (which repairs itself and turns into muscle). Give 48 hours to rest the area, so the muscle can build, if you don't then the new exercises will be ineffective...may as well work on another part of the body instead....toning is important...as it gives you the definition.
Another tip is to lay off the scales, muscle weighs more that fat, so you are better off measuring yourself - hips, lower stomach, thighs etc....and you will be able to see where the the weight is coming off, and what is tightening up - personally I find this way more of an incentive to keep going.
good luck...

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! where are your veggies and fruit???
where is your protein???
breakfast is the most important meal of the day- it makes your body to wake up and start burning calories.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Hollywood 24 or 48 hour diets, the bottles of juice fasts you can buy at the drugstore or wal-mart, really do work. You can lose up to 10 lbs in 2 days. I usually lose 5 lbs. If you do it once a week, you will surely keep it off, too!

That's a very achievable goal. You need to create a 715 calorie deficit per day, whether by dieting, exercising -- or best, both. Try trimming a couple hundred calories per day and begin speed walking an hour per night. Or for quicker results, try cycling for 30-60 minutes per night.
