America tries fairly hard to keep aggravated felon immigrants from re-entering our country. Especially if we previously kicked them out for a) being illegal, and b) breaking more laws than just the immigration issue while they were over here.

America doesn't want those kind of people.

Abide by the rules set forth for becoming a U.S. citizen... pay the fines, learn the language, learn our customs, and become a productive citizen.

Abide by the laws that are set forth by OUR government... don't break our laws simply because they didn't pertain to you in your country.

Prove that you're not just coming to this country to exploit our liberal (and increasingly brittle) health care systems, public assistance programs, etc.

Do these things, and you'll be welcome in this country. Ignore these requests, and you'll be loathed by the majority of the American people. This fact will NEVER change.

Permission from the Attorney General or Secretary of Homeland Security is required, but only given if the petitioner makes a huge political contribution!

Sorry, you would be inadmissible. I don't see that the statute has any waiver. Only if the governor of one of the states or the president were to issue a pardon (not just the parole board) could you apply. Note the below statute says at "any time".

I don't think so, especially if the crime was in the U.S and that what got them deported. That stays with you for ever. But hey every thing is possible, with enough money you may be able to hire a top notch lawyer and straighten things out.

well it is possible to be granted legal re-entry if you dont have any criminal record. You'll prob need to find a good lawyer, to see if whoever it is can come back over legally. It seems as though they should be able take somethings into consideration, such as ; does this person have dependant children here? Do they run there own business? My best advice to you is to call an attny for a free consultation!

Once here, find your nearest Immigration Officer and tell him you want a second chance. Or have one of your victims or their children petition the President for a pardon.

You got your chance and you blew it......too bad ...so sad

See ya!!

Here's a better question.....Why would you want ANOTHER felon in the US?

Thankfully, he can not and will not be readmitted to the US.

How good are you at rocket science? Totalitarian rule? Aggravated assault may not cut it; go for the gold--war crimes or dictatorship.
