i know that like chinese, thai and vietnamese are tonal languages, but thia and vietnamese tonality sounds different than chinese tonality, is there a different types of tones in the two language?

Yes. For example, Mandarin Chinese has four tones and Cantonese Chinese has eight. Many West African languages like Ligbi, Bambara and Vai are what are known as "two-level tone " languages. English is tonal to some extent too but in a different way than Chinese. For example, in the phrase "Only YOU can prevent forest fires," the pronoun "you" is said in a different tone than in phrases like "How are you?" or "Do you wanna know?"

Yes there are a few different.
I mainly know about Chinese. It has four tones; 1st tone is high ---
2nd tone is rising /
3rd tone is falling then rising \/
and 4th tone is falling \

I think other laguages can have up to 8 tones!
Antoher is rising then falling /\
