you can come to my church, I cannot speak for the other ones.

It definitely depends on the church. But a Bible-believing church will love and accept you as a person without saying that it's ok to dress in drag. They will want you to know Jesus Christ more than they'll care about what you look like. I hope that you find Him wherever you're looking!

Tonight I thank God extra-as-much that
I do not attend any church, as I am a non-denominational Christian, However:
If I were the Head Pastor of a congregation,
I wouldn't allow it. I don't give a crap about
the "Oh, I thought your God was a loving God and would accept me the way I am"
Well, yes, He is a loving God who will accept you as you are: a damned male.
I'd tell you to go home and dress like a
respectable human being, and come back
and join us. Gods house is not a place
for side show mockeries, and I'd be damned if I'd allow it. We are not there
to welcome insult onto our God, we are there to worship and learn of His plan for
the salvation of His people, NOT to crone
around looking like a bad-dressed whore.
If you wanna parade around the streets
go the hell ahead, but when you are in Gods House, you'll respect the owner of that house or you can get the hell going.......

Do you attend church to learn about God or to get attention from other human beings? God knows your gender, and He made you the gender he intended for you to be. If you have not accepted this truth about yourself, you really need to be open minded and go to church to learn--not to create a stir or to cause someone else to find fault with church or God. Church is for sinners...and to learn about God. Sinners who wish to live according to God's will and make a change in their lives will attend church with that in mind. The Bible teaches us that men and women are supposed to dress according to their respective genders...that is, if in your culture you wear a skirt, as in Scotland, then you may wear a kilt...but do so to look according to your gender...a man was made to look and behave differently from a woman....If you decide to go, dressed in full drag, just don't tell anyone about it...they might not notice unless you really don't look like a woman. Go there for yourself...not your shock effect on others.

you should be. but it really depends on why you would go in full drag. for the shock value? or is that how you enjoy dressing and you want to go to church to worship? If it the latter then go for it. God knows your heart and true christians are taught not to judge lest ye be judged. Even if people dont believe you are living the "right" way. and if you are not doing what you should just remember God loves you.

Although some people would think you're mocking their beliefs and dishonoring what a religious person considers the most important thing he/she has, in my very personal point of view there's no problem. God can see us everywhere, He knows what we are, how we are and the least thing the Lord cares about is what you wear. Everybody is the same in front of God's eyes.

On the other hand, if you think of your neighbors and it causes you any kind of uncomfortable feeling, consider the possibility of following an ethical way of thinking, it is to say, doing something that could offend/hurt/disappoint the smallest amount of people -as possible-, including you.
;) Hope it was useful.

Men dressing as women is detestable to God, so in most churches I would think you would not be welcomed while in drag. It's not biggotry or hatred, it's just that church is for beleivers, and a true beleiver would not want to consciously continue to live in sin. Don't get me wrong, all have sinned and falen short. The difference is that people in church are doing they're best to repent (turn from sim) and live according to God's law. They are by no means perfect, but they try to follow the example of Christ. By dressing in drag, you would be blatently going against God's law, and church is not the place for that. You are to be loved as our neighbor, but not to be tolerated in a place of worship that is for beleivers.

you will probably be accepted in the church I go to, but the pastor and decons may have a talk with you if you come on a regular basis. You should have respect for God when entering His house.

You would be if the church is a true church. I doubt you would stay long without realizing the error of your ways if the Word is taught correct.

Come in drag to most churches and you end up being dragged out...

I would say that it depends on the church & on how you are dressed too.
