You go through the first set of doors and you're in a tiny little room. There's usually a heavy duty weather mat. In cold weather the heat is blasting. Then you go through a second set and you're in the building - it's usually a business of some nature. The doors are glass. Sometimes automatic, sometimes not.

What is that one little room in between both sets of doors actually called?

(I had NO idea where to put this question)

It is called the Twilight Zone. I have never actually ended up inside a building when I went through that second set of doors. I was once transported to the rings of Saturn, once to George Bush's toiletry bag and oddly enough I once found myself in Christopher Robin's trousers. That was embarrasing, because I was quickly covered by Pooh.

It's generally caled an airlock or thermal trap. Opening either set of doors will have little effect on the interior climate of a building, but if you open both sets at the same time it could cause a radical temperature drop.

In cold climates, two doors arranged in an airlock configuration are common in building entrances. While not airtight, the double doors minimize the loss of heated air from the building. Revolving doors may be used for the same purpose.

It's a magical place, where faeries flit about, time stands still, the air smells of honeysuckle and chocolate, and all dogs and cats forever remain puppies and kittens....

Oh, sorry......that's my linen closet.

I think the others already got it.....airlock seems the Wikipedia way to go.
