ok i stoped popping these things that my hair dont grow in... and they got better then i started again now my arm is red!!! help me stop permenent plz!!!

You might have keratosis pilaris - red bumps that make your skin look a little like chicken skin. Try a lotion like Lac Hydrin to help exfoliate your skin.
If the lotion doesn't help, go see a dermatologist.

i'm not sure i understand but i have the same thing with picking at my face and i just use really vain reasons not to.
Basically, you think popping them is going to help but when you are in the moment you need to stop and tell yourself, "Self, this is not going to help, its only going to get red and worse"
Or if you usually do it in your bathroom you can write on your mirror with dry erase a code word that will remind you to stop.
Or you can promise your self if you go a week without popping you can get a reward (I did a month and got a facial since it was my face, but you can do whatever) the longer you go, the easier it will be to resist.
Also, it might be a skin condition that you need to see a dermatologist about.

My husband has the same thing and I've been wondering what it was. Let me know what they are he also picks his and leaves some bleeding. It's gross but it's what he does. He has this on his arms and legs.
