I would say just go to the airline websites and apply. If they like what they see, they will call you in for an interview. If they like you, then they will offer you a job. You will then go through training. If you pass the training, you will be a cabin crewmember.
That's about it.

Do you mean "Steward" or flight attendant, part of the cabin crew? Over here, you've got to pass a civil aviation test consisting of general aircraft knowledge and first aid. Once you've past it, you can apply to an airline, and usually they train you. Hope this helps (did I get the Q right?)

Goto different airline websites and check out the career openings.. Thats what I did, when I used to work for delta airlines.. Most airline employees get either Free flights or flights at a very low cost :)

For one thing you have to be tall enough to see right to the back of the overhead lockers without standing on tip-toes.

If you are malaysian .. go to the Air Asia Acedemy. Its a sure shot but of course you must fulfill their requirements ...
