I have a very thick and round face and while looking online I came up with this cut..

-Add Volume On Top
-Layers On Top
-Soft Gradual layers throughout
-Tapered/Wispy ends
-Length in back

Does this make sence and is it correct?

What you have listed are elements a hair stylist will incorporate to create the illusion of length through a hair cut. What would help a hair dresser most is a picture or pictures of styles you like. A good stylist can then take into account your ideas, your face shape, your hair texture and the amount of time your are willing to spend styling your hair to create a suitable, flattering hair cut.

I would just go with the layers throughout. The rest is confusing. tell your stylist you want to keep the length with short layers (layers throughout) and face framing with wispy bangs. That's all she/he needs to know. They will talk about the rest with you. If you can print out or find a picture that has what you are looking for, bring it with you, that will help sooo much in describing the look you want!

That is too much for your self babe. Keep it simple yet HOTT. get some soft layers. Keep whatever length you have now. If you have bangs kool if not that works too. If you are wanting to get bangs I would suggest getting side bangs, they look really hott with thick hair. Also face framing is great. Talk to your stylist and make sure they completely understand. If you have any other questions feel free and contact me.
PEACE!

It does make sence, but it will be hard to explain to the hair-stylist.
