I have no idea what I am doing... but i do know that I have grwn a tolerance for perscription drugs. I am interested in this only for medical purposes but I dont want to get in any trouble. Does the risk out weigh the benefits? Can anyone tell me if I have stuff shipped to my home - what is the risk?

Marijuana is NOT an analgesic- it does not affect pain.
It's classified as a hallucinogenic- it causes psychotic symptoms.
No you cannot import seeds legally. The penalty is jail. No jury will buy the pain defense because there is thirty years of clinical trials that show that it has NO benefit in pain, it does NOT cure any medical conditions and it IS a gateway drug.
If you have "grown" a tolerance- whatever growth you may have developed should be taken to a pain specialist. Sign a contract and enter a certified pain program. There is a "ladder" of pain management (look on the World Health Organization website for more info) with which you can be appropriately treated with the medication indicated for the type of pain you are suffering.
Go to jail and all you have access to is prison doctors.
Don't believe me? Look on the Drug Enforcement Administration website.

It is Illegal to have the seeds sent to your home or anywhere else for that matter...it is also illegal to grow it in the US. Im sure your doctor wont perscribe it but you can talk to him/her about your concerns with your tolerance to perscription drugs, there are many drugs or combo's of drugs out there that should do the trick nicely. If your tolerance is that high it sounds to me like you have a dependency on them and this is a problem. You may want to look into corrective surgery to fix whats going on, there are many new things that can be done to help ease your pain. Speak to your Doctor before you do anything to get yourself imprisoned for the buying or growing of weed.

Depending on what state you live in there are shops were you take your prescription and can get marijuana in many different forms. Talk openly to your doctor about this.
