Can a person with a credit score of 625, low debt/income ratio and good salary get a no stated income mortgage at a decent rate with 100% financing? Can prove income with bank statements, check stubs and W2, just cant produce tax returns. If this is possible, what kind of interest rate is likely.

If you have low debt and still have a low credit score then that means delinquencies or charge offs ?
Since New Century ( the main sub-prime lender ) went into bankruptcy themselves , sub-primes will be harder to come by except at rates probably in the 8% and above .
But don't ask us , ask a lender , they are the ones with the REAL answer .

I recommend Smart Choice Mortgage. They do business in most states and are your best opportunity for someone to say yes. ADDITIONALLY, IF YOUR CREDIT IS SUSPECT, THEY SOMETIMES FRONT THE MONEY TO GET YOU INTO A CREDIT RESTORATION PROGRAM SO THAT YOU CAN QUALIFY FOR A LOAN. Check out the free evaluation form at the source website and a Smart Choice loan officer will contact you within 24 hours. Good luck.
