Tengo ___ años = I am ___ years old.

metal and matrushka are right. To say "Im 10 years old" you can use any of these:
* Yo tengo 10 años
*tengo 10 años
*tengo 10
*10.

In spanish is "to have" years not "to be" so it would be:

Tengo ( your age) años. For eg:

Tengo cinco años= I am five years old

(Yo) tengo (X) años. = I am (x) years old.

It is not necessary to use "yo" as it is implied in the way the verb is conjugated.
