Sure, cause there is nothing worse in the world happening right now then the fact that you can't get a lid off a jar.

No. Prayer does not work.
It is guaranteed in the Christian Bible that what you pray for, you will receive. However, it DOES NOT WORK. Even the most devout Christian can pray their entire life for the most sincere thing they can think of, and if it were to happen, it would be nothing more than coincidence.
I know you were asking this to prove a point. I'm simply supporting you.
There is a video below that explains this perfectly clear.

If you ask God for wisdom, God will give you wisdom to unscrew it.
For some jars, I just pop the seal with a spoon, then unscrew it.

Put a rubber band around the lid and try again. It will come off.
I am a Christian who gives God all the credit for any knowledge I have. So, if my suggestion works, you might say God did infact remove it for you.

Thou shalt not tempt the Lord your God.
In addition, God helps those who help themselves.

Yes, if you ask in the name of Christ and don't doubt that what you ask for won't be done (but you can't).

Unless you are asking him to enter your heart, he's not even listening. His ear is there if you would like to follow him though.
