Stay away from fast foods, junk foods, candies, sodas and other sweets. Start eating 4-6 small (healthy) meals each day. Remember to include fruits and veggies!! Never skip meals and never starve yourself--it won't work! Also, keep away from diet pills--they can cause a lot of damage to your body.
Water, water, water! Drink up!! It really does help with weight loss.
Of course, exercise! Do what you like to do--walk, swim, play a sport, ride a bike, race your friends around the block, dance around your house--ANYTHING! Just get moving!!
Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week! Keep a positive attitude--you can do it!☺

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Buy a calorie counter watch.
3,500 calories burned equals one pound
Keep your food intake to 1,200
Add both numbers and you have your total calories needed to burn each day of the week.
It really doesn't take much. If you change your view on how to loose weight its alot easier when you are looking at numbers instead of miles.
I went from 168 to 127 using this plan.
Lean Cusine meals are a great source while doing this..their prepackaged meals are sooo good and they are approx. 180 to 380 per box so you can eat like 5 of them a day and still be under your intake level. Dont' forget..Water!!!

Gaining or loosing is simply a mathematical equation. To have more than required calories through a diet means gaining. To have less than required than loosing. If you don't want to make any change in diet, then you have to burn the energy through exercise. Thus energy gain is less and energy burn is more. the net effect is lose in weight.

Definately the Trim Advantage System. It combines diet, exercise and supplements so it's a complete system rather than the ones that only focus on one area. You can get it online at www.jewel.mychoices.biz
