Today I exercised 30 minutes on the treadmill then did half an hour of pilates. Then for breakfast I ate an apple and oatmeal. Then for dinner I had a blt chicken salad at wendys. Is that to much?

Your exercise is good, but your food is bad. You really need to eat more!!
You should be eating 4-6 small (healthy) meals a day. If you don't eat enough, your body can go into starvation mode. That mode will stall or even prevent weight loss.
Eat more!!!

don't think it's too much or too little, but i do think it needs to be improved.

the exercise regimen sounds fine as long as you continue with it. don't just do it like once a month or something. try to do it a couple times a week.

breakfast sounds fine... but how about lunch? have a small sandwich with 1 slice of whole wheat bread.

i don't like the dinner though. for sure, the dressing if full of fat and it's probably not that freshly prepared. make your own salad so that you know exactly what is going in with some fat-FREE dressing and grill your own chicken with fat-free seasonings. it tastes good.

Sounds healthy. Just make sure you don't "over work it" and that you maintain a healthy diet meaning eating. But ya it sounds really good!

Good control. I'm impressed. Just don't eat too late in the evening.
