okay me& my boyfriend are in a long distance relationship right now for a few more months, so most of our time is spent talking online&on the telephone. So sometimes it can get a little boring which sometimes causes arguments. So anyways, I need a list of questions to ask him that can get good conversations started, please help!

if you need help thinking of things to say to your bf, then it's likely not going to work out.

you both should be interested in what the other person is doing where they are, etc, and not have to be forced to be.

Maybe you guys need to talk to each other less. If you guys talk everyday, its too much, which gets boring over time because you guys run out of things to say. Im in the same situation as you are too. Me and my bf dont talk to each other much, basically rarely. We used to talk a lot in the beginning of our relationship, but then it got boring over time and talked to each other less. When we do call each other, which is like twice a month, we dont really talk too long. We usually ask each other questions like, what we are doing, how's school, and is everything okay. So yeah, give yourself some time in between your calls or call only if you guys have something to talk about. Dont call for no reason and when you have nothing to talk about.

If you need to think of questions to ask your boyfriend, maybe you should be asking yourself if he is the right guy for you. It sounds like you may not have much in common or a lot to talk about. It would seem that you would have a lot to say since you do not seem him on a daily basis. Communication is key to a good relationship. You should not have to force it.

Made any female friends. Hows where you're living. Want to try phone/cyber sex. How about stripping. Whats the fastest way to get there or here. What would be a romantic route or a sight seeing route. Any good bars out there. How is his favourite team doing.

Just ask him to talk about where he is. Ask him what he is doing (considering he's probably doing something important being away so long...) if you are really comfurtable with him t shouldn't be hard to simply shoot the breeze. Good luck hope all goes well.

My wife says she always had luck with "why are you such a rat-ba***rd?"

But seriously, how about "what movie have you seen that most parallels your life?" or "If rain could fall in any scent, what scent would you want it to be?" or "In what aspect of your life can you honestly say that you've been very lucky?"

The point is, just talk.

When others have to intervene to spice things up then your asking for problems...I realize your looking just for topics of discussion but beware of the direction others will take you...it can be mis-leading and you will pay for their inquisitive nature.

is it ever possible to go visit him while he is gone? try sending a vidio to him , a nice one, with lots of laughter and fun. Make you missing each other exciting for when you are together again. No one wants to come back to a complainer

Why don't you just talk to him less, or is that just too easy? Don't worry he won't have a problem with that idea.
