ok the list is to long to tell you everything she has done to us but here is the latest."john" has a 8 yr old son with her who she uses like bait to get what she wants.when she wants john to pay for something(he allready pays her more than the court orderd)she has his son call and ask his dad to buy it.now john buys toys ect for his son for our house but stuff for his moms house is to come out of the child support john pays her.but if she wants something for her house she has his son call and ask his dad to buy it.john allways does too(and im talking about things that cost $100 or more)this drives me nuts as money is tight for us and he will not say a thing to her.

It isnt her that's the issue. ultimately its his son. I hardly ever think of the youngster is calling up and soliciting for brand spanking new furnishings for the abode itself. Im guessing its everytime he needs a video game or some such. As a divorced discern I understand the want to decrease my guilt over my divorce via "figuring out to purchase" my childrens yet I even have made an attempt to adhere to what the toddlers want and not what they want. needs are reserved for christmas and birthday provides or perhaps then I decrease them to smart expenses. Now previous that it variety of sounds like John loves his son very lots and doesnt have confidence his ex. Who might top? that would clarify the over pay and bonus actually to maintain the ex spouse chuffed. i in my opinion am continually traumatic that i won't have the flexibility to be certain my childrens because of the fact I fall in the back of infant help or something like that. It has happend with my oldest son already. I cant say that I blame him. the single ingredient i will say is while you're having financial concern and he is going above and previous for his ex and not only his son then you definately would desire to set some floor regulations and notice that they are adhered to different clever it is going to easily worsen till as they progression.

He fears her. He doesn't want to alienate his son either. My fiance is similar except he has 3 kids with his ex-wife (who I refer to as the Cow).
I make him stand up to her and he is getting the hang of it. She behaves that way because he allows her to. If he didn't then she would stop. If the court papers say he sees his son on such and such weekends or whatever, she can't not allow that. If she tries, he gets the cops. Simple.
In my situation, the Cow has backed off a lot. She is realizing that she can't control him, he is not her puppet and he is a good dad. So life is good, but it took my prodding to get this to happen and for him to see it.

If you don't like it, don't marry him. It's not going to get better and there isn't anything he can do about it. The ex will be there for the rest of your life, it comes with him having a kid with her. Don't get mad at him, he isn't taking her side. It's just he can't do anything about it except make it worse.
If you do marry him, don't complain later as it is part of the deal.

Dump him. Believe me, this problem will not get better by marrying him. Really, please, get rid of him or you will be miserable for a long long time.
