Webe Web hosted many websites for teenage models. They charged a subscription to access their content and also sold videos in their store. And yes, I am aware that they were shutdown by the feds.

When a company was closed by the federal government, it could no longer validly operate as a business. Thus, the selling of Webeweb videos is already illegal because the maker of the said products was already ordered to shutdown.

Has the content of these videos been determined to be contraband? (Child Porn, etc.?) If so, then "yes," it is illegal to buy, sell, possess, or distribute these videos.

HOWEVER, I have to disagree with Frag's general statement, suggesting that if a company has been shut down by the Feds, then their products become illegal or contraband by association. I don't know the story about this company or these videos, but a blanket statement like that is simply not correct.
