The only good diet pill is one prescribed by your doctor. Trust me, I've tried a few. A couple of them worked for a while, but then caused my heart rate to drop and I ended passing out (and hitting my face on the stove and ended up with a black eye).

Diet and exercise are the best ways to lose weight.

Get more exercise! Walk, run, dance, do whatever you can to elevate your heart rate. No pill will work without a good diet an exercise plan.

Diet pill is no ways good..........infact any artifical way of loosing weight is bad......it only helps loose water from the body which later harms causing dehydration, laziness, puffness of face and various other disorders in the body.......The best way and infact the only way of loosing weight is exercise either way through sports, dance, running, swimming or gym. Any regular work out could help you loose ample of weight from the body.
