Stop right there.....
All though your questions, you only expressed a concern on a fact that your girlfriend is not making out with you anymore. At any point, were you ever concerned about her problems? What she wants, what she needs, how she is feeling, what she wants from you, etc, etc, etc? Do you even care about her? What is she to you?
Instead of asking questions here, ASK HER what the problem is, and show some concerns. (genuinely of course)
If you can't or won't, I think you just found the problem.

have you thought of her lately, its not always about what she can do for you, how about you do something for her, make her a nice homemade dinner, sit at home watching a movie, wisper sweet nothings into her ear, and see where it takes you from their, its all about the mood, the feeling the setting. Be strong and confident and make your move.
