Many Lebanese people are Orthodox Christians, or Maronite Catholics. Others are Muslims. I would say there is a good chance she is Christian, but she could be anything or nothing for that matter. I don't think it would be offensive to ask her.

You can not predict from her parents nationalities. Being an arab doesn't mean that her dad is muslim especially in case of lebanon which is one of the most religously diverse arab countries and the same for her mother being american. Even if you are certain about the faiths of her parents you can not assume hers because there is a chance she doesn't believe in any of their faiths.
Conclusion, don't stereotype! just ask her if you want discuss it with her or forget about it!

A lot of Lebanese people are Orthodox Christians. Why don't you just ask? Tell her, "I'm Catholic, are you affiliated with a religion?" When she answers, show an interest............unless she doesn't want to talk about it, then you should leave it alone.

There's no way to tell just from her ethnicity and nationality. When the time comes, it is okay to ask someone what religion they are (if any.) For all you know, she could be a Buddhist.

It depends on what Religion she professes. Her mother might be Muslim. Her father might not be Muslim. Try discussing heritage(yours then hers)

This would make her, (just like everyone else) a person with free will, able to make her own choices.

Ask her full name.
A muslim usually has a 'binte' (daughter of) father's name.
A christian don't.
