it perform - you also need to consume a certain amount just to maintain your bodies functions. If you are doing a great deal of activity you need to add more food from the food groups - if the body is under stress that is another reason to take a multiple
vitamin recommended by your doctor who knows you and your body.

What are you eating and how much per day? You need a certain number of calories per day just to maintain your weight. If you're eating much less, yes, you are starving yourself. Tell me more.

ure probably just bored if u find ureself snacking alot try only eating 3 times a day and when you get hungery before/after eating chew gum it works and that doesnt mean quit your snacking all together just dont snack much

yes.

3 women starved because of a phony diet.
they only ate tomato soup. they eventually starved and died due to malnutrition.

Absolutely!
Just because a person says they're eating, doesn't mean they're eating ENOUGH! If your body doesn't get enough calories, it can go into starvation mode...
