In the Bible cremation is portrayed only as an exceptional method of disposing of bodies. Most often cremation took place in the midst of unusual circumstances. For example, in 1 Samuel 31:12 we read about the men of Jabesh-Gilead who burned the corpses of Saul and his sons in order to prevent desecration of their bodies at the hands of the philistines.
We don't find cremation mentioned in the New Testament. Burial is the normal method. Moreover, the church fathers preferred "the ancient and better custom of burying in the earth."
However, there is no actual prohibition against cremation in the pages of Scripture. And if a Christian does get cremated, this poses no problem for God in resurrecting that person's body from the dead (1Cor 15:42-44).
We read in 2 Cor 5:1, "Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands." It does not matter how our "earthly tent" (body) is destroyed; all that matters is that God will raise it from the dead. Even those who are buiried eventually dissolve into dust and bones. So regardless of whether we're buried or cremated, we can all look forward to a permanent resurrection body that will never be subject to death and decay.

Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:

And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

can cannibal eat bones, and by the power of God people can rise back from the dead. even if we were ashes or dust.
And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

The Bible says we will get new bodies. It's no problem if you weren't buried. Even those bodies are decomposed beyond recognition after awhile. It's not a literal raising up from the grave. It just means you'll come back to life with a new body.

All the dead, the ones buried and the ones cremated, by hocuspocus will become whole and rise to life only to be judged and sent bad to the kingdom of doom or the kingdom of heaven that they were in, in the first place.

Your resurrected body may be one that is genetically perfect without blemish or defect. Since our current bodies are rife with DNA corruption and sin, they will never be able to stand in the presence of Almighty God. Our bodies could be on the order of Adam's before the fall. Perfect and made to last forever.

it says those that are dead IN Christ. It doesn't mean your body it means your soul. Dead in Christ means that they believed in Christ when they died . and of course the dead's soul will be resurrected into their spiritual bodies and reach heaven first because the others haven't died yet. Simple

We will be given new spiritual bodies. However, if God chose to give us the old ones He would have no problem reconstituting the bodies of the dead. With God all things are possible.
