Ok so here in Texas we have those stupid lanes where youre trying to enter the freeway but it merges with the farthest right lane, which can easily cause folks to sideswipe each other. When I'm trying to merge into the main lane, from the ending lane.. And sometimes get on the freeway the car behind me cuts in front even though I'm first and in front of him. Why do they do this? Do you have this problem?

I've been on those roads before, in Houston. I found most of the people to be courteous and would let people merge and exit. You are always going to have those people who are in a hurry for whatever reason, they don't think about causing a wreck, they can only think about acing out a car and getting ahead of them. It's best to just let them go and forget abut it, they'll wind up in an accident sooner or later. Drive safe.

If you are entering the freeway, you would be required to yield to the people on the freeway. If the person in the right lane, doesn't move over, you would need to drop in behind him. If the guy behind you, speeds up and cuts over to the freeway, as you are entering the freeway, he would be at fault for not merging properly. Why do they do that? I think it's a control issue, needing to be first in line, or first always in anything. I just "shine it on", it's not worth it.

That DRIVES ME Bananas also!!!!!!! I normally swerve in front of the person that does that to me when I am in my personal vehicle. When I'm at work, most people will eventually yield and let me on the road as I drive a semi.
I don't "barrel" onto the highway as the faster traffic DOES have the right of way and I yield to cars that are exiting in front of me, but if I am coming onto the highway first and you are going to change 3 lanes before I can get into the flow of traffic, then you will have to wait.
If they're in such a rush, they could have left 10 minutes earlier.

What kind of car do you have? I noticed after I started driving a minivan - people were crazily passing me - like I could be doing 80 in a 60 and everyone would go out of their way to pass me. There are way too many jerks on the road - the majority of safe driving is being aware of what the other drivers are doing around you. I started taking the bus to work and I'm a lot less stressed out.

Speed up a little,so you can blend with the traffic, then you can slow down to your desired speed after you are on the freeway.

Because you're one of those people who does 30 mph on the onramp and try to merge into traffic at that speed. The onramp is there so you can merge AT SPEED onto the interstate/highway. You're a danger to everyone, and should be shot on sight. Learn to drive, or start taking the bus.
