You are asking for trouble. She's jailbait. You're an adult male, and you're just "seeing" each other, no sex involved? Yeah, sure. Yet, perhaps.
I've been her before.....and yes, he went to jail for six months.
I was 16. He was 29. Told me he was 21. I was too young and stupid to know the diff. IMO, it makes a difference whether she's 16 and you're 18, or is she 14 or 15 and you're pushing 30.

Check your local law, but in the majority of places a minor female(depnding on age) and teh adult(also depndant on age) can be in clear violation of statute. Whether or not the parent charges makes no difference...They can be charges as well for failure if it is a crime. Everything is age depndant and that helps you define the law violated. Talk to your local law enforcement and explain the case. You can also file a complaint with social services. What ever you do, talk to the cops and then social services...

If the parents do not agree, yes it is.The minor has no say about the situation until she is of legal age. American 2006 is right, find a boyfriend your own age. Let me quote the nuns from St.Patrick's "Petting leads to Pregnancy." End this relationship before you cause some serious trouble.

I wouldn't recommend the situation to anyone. An adult male should NEVER live with a minor female that he isn't related to. This is a bad situation and WILL get worse. I would tell the female to go back home. Please, you won't regret it. Move out when you are old enough, not before.

it really depends on state laws... most places have statatory laws that state over the 18 or four years age difference. It doesnt matter if your parents agree or not either way he can still be charged even if he just kisses you yea its kinda crazy but that is just how it is

Depends where you live and how old you are. Here in Canada the age of consent is 14yrs as long as the other person is not in a position of authority.

I think there has to be some kind of illegal touching and it must be proven for it to be illegal.
But, think about it, if you were on a jury and you were told that two people live together without touching, would you believe it?

Quoted: "As a Christian guy, i discover absolutely everyone that could desire to have "consenting" family members with a newborn is a real whack job..." properly, as a Pagan lady, it does the resembling me. although, pedophilia and gay rights are 2 completely seperate themes.
