It all depends on where the aneurysm is and when they catch it. Anywhere you have a blood vessel you can have an aneurysm.

Depends on the type of aneurysm and where it is and how big. Some can be coiled and fixed in interventional radiology if you live near a major medical center that has that service. Surgery is often difficult due to the amount of blood and usally surgery is the second choice if you cant coil it. But it has to be in the right place and the right size. Some people do remarkable well with the surgery and alot of people do not do well. Especially if it is a large aneurysm. Some people may have surgery and survive but not have full function due to the brain being damaged.

Stress does not directly cause an aneurysm it is due to genetics and a weak part of you blood vessel that "bubbles" out and risks breaking and bleeding. Stress can cause elevated blood pressure and can worsen an aneurysm and it could then rupture.

Stress is not good for any illness.
