should i stretch when i wake up and before i go to sleep? My muscle wont be warmed up so will i tear my muscle or ligament?

stretching before bed helps you to fall asleep since it releases melatonin (sleep hormone) from muscles. stretching in the morning helps your body to wake up.

Stretching IS a form of warmup. Stretching should never be so vigourous as to tear anything, ever.

i stretch everynight before i go to sleep and its wonderful i relax easier ad sleep better and wake up feeling more refreshed and bendy. unless you over stretch then nothing will be torn or damaged.

just stretch b4 u go to bed and after ur done getting ready wen u wake up
