Simple little sandwiches are best. Spread it between two pieces of bread and cut into small 2-bit sized pieces.
Or you can just cut up a baguette and spread it on slices of bread, open faced, like a canape.
You can add other things to it, but why? It's good by itself.

I put pimento cheese spread on toast as a sandwich! Its quite tasty.

use as a dip for veggies
spread on crackers or toasted crostini
spread in celery sticks

well, a spread is for making sandwich. now, for cheese-pimiento spread: equal amounts of butter and cheese. grate the cheese. mince pimiento. mix butter, cheese, pimiento.
