use pictures to show her things and reward her when she gets it. don't punish her when she doesn't. You need to teach her just as you would a toddler. There is a good book (true too)about a gorilla named KOKO that you can learn some things from. Good luck. It sounds exciting trying to teach her & very rewarding when you find out each thing she is capable of learning.
