Contact your previous employer, did you move, maybe he doesn't have your current address. If you call him and he will not give them to you. Contact IRS 1-800-829-1040. IRS will contact them and get the copies for you. But will not get them to you in time to file. You might want to ask for an extension to file. But you should of contacted your employer after Jan 31.

Hum. You should have contacted them by January 31st. You can call the Taxpayer Advocate Service of the IRS to get it if you haven't received it.Your previous employer can be fined if they don't comply with sending your W2.
Next time, don't wait so long - if you haven't moved, they should have sent it, but if you have, you might want to check to see what address they have!

Kick yourself in the butt for waiting so long to do something about it, for starters. Then call the IRS and file a missing W-2 complaint -- after you called the employer that is.
