You can't get more pregnant if that's what you're wondering. But there is a chance of contracting a sexually transmitted disease. If you get the disease the baby will also get it. So please be careful.

well nothing really, you could get an STD and give it to your unborn child but other than that nothing will happen you can't get pregnant while your pregnant and just so you know i think you put this question in the wrong section

Well, you won't get pregnant again, but you can still contract sexually-transmitted diseases! So, that is always a risk.

nothing the damage is already done, but the only thing you need to worry about it catching something from the other person. what you get your baby gets..Keep that in mind.
