Is there like a website that will let you download pics from your camera to the site?My Software wont download,so I was wondering if there is.If so,Please list the URL.Thanks

No, a website can't take control of your camera and pull the pictures out of it. If you're not able to get your pictures into your computer, you'll have to solve that problem first.

Consider doing away with the camera software and using a memory card reader instead. Card readers connect to a USB port on your computer and mount the memory card so your computer sees it like like any other kind of removable media; like a CD. Using a memory card reader does away with the complications and incompatbilities that can come up when using camera software.

Note, that you will have to remove the memory card from your camera and insert it into the card reader to get your pictures, so be sure you read the camera manual on how to do that!

From your camera to the computer is called uploading. You can use the software from the camera manufacturer, or you can pop the memory card in a card reader and transfer the pictures with Windows Explorer (or similar).
From your computer to a website is also called uploading. There are sites where you can host you pictures for free (like Flickr.com) and these sites provide their own software. You can also upload to your private site (if you already have one) with any FTP program... you'd treat the jpg the same as an html file.
