mix it with baileys irish cream, trust me I have been a bartender for over 20 years. you can also cook with it, glazed carrots, cheesecake, reduce it for a syrup over cakes and ice cream etc...

A Carrot Cake!
1 shot Baileys
1 shot cinnamon schnapps
1 shot butterscotch schnapps
Combine them all over ice.
Believe it or not, this really does taste like a piece of carrot cake!

1 shot vanilla vodka
1 short shot freshly brewed espresso
2-4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Blend till thick and smooth
Serve in a large cognac snifter drizzled first with caramel sauce in a squeeze bottle. (Optional: Top with Whipped Cream and drizzle with more caramel.)
About a billion calories but you'll never eat dessert again. Problem is that everyone else will want one and there are all those glasses to clean.
Variation:
Hummer
Use chocolate fudge to drizzle and make with ice cream, Godiva liquor and regular vodka.
