I eat 4-6 small meals everyday. I feel like I'm always eating...
I load up on salad--it's great filler!
I drink water, water and more water everyday!
When I don't feel like drinking water, I drink Crystal Light.☺

I try to walk alot everyday... helps.. them
I eat 4 meals (small) a day
Morning fruits. cereal all good (2% milk)
Morning breafast will bost up our energy.
Then small portion of snack. (i like South beach Diet)
Drink ALOTTTT of water.
Now....
If you are not PG.... there is something that i did not expensive. 3 sessions =$250.00 you do a dietary thing for 1 month.. (nothing nasty) the specialist will tell you all you can and cant have... and one a week she will " WRAP" you. each session is about 50 minutes... its great.. she puts a cream on you... and wraps you... so you realease alot of water from all the fats ( from the dietary clean) and in each session you loose some inches.. I lost 8 in one session.. Anyways... just a thought.! Talk to you soon

Eat three pieces of fruit a day. The fiber and water keep me filled up, fruit is easy to carry with me for a quick snack and it's sweet so I'll eat it instead of a dessert. If you don't like normal fruit, try something different like asian pears. Or pick a fruit with seeds to slow down your eating. Try using fresh fruit to sweeten yogurt (instead of the fruit on the bottom stuff) or on waffles/pancakes (instead of syrup).
