That's one way. Of grab a copy of Form 3949-A http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f3949a.pdf , fill it in and mail it off.

The IRS even has a form for this, but a letter will work. Mail either to the address in the link below.

Are you frikkin kidding me? You don't have to give money to the IRS. They have no laws. They have codes. Telling on someone would just show how much of a sheep you are to people that aren't even part of the government. Look it up. The IRS can't force you to do anything, because they have no power to make laws out of their "codes". If the government wants money, they should ask us directly, not through some organization that threatens to do things it has no power to do. The IRS is employed by Congress, but is not truthfully part of government therefore citizens are NOT required to pay the IRS because the IRS does not make and cannot make laws. Income tax is a bunch of bullshit and is actually stealing from the citizen. If the gov't wants money, they need to ask for it directly, not tell the IRS to do it for them. Especially when IRS threatens to take our property for not paying TAXES on it. Taxes are needed to support the government, but should not be abused by a service called the IRS by trying to take some authority over the people who are not under any kind of authority by the IRS. Don't be a sheep, and don't tell on the person who is simply doing what he is allowed to do lawfully.

Yes. But before you do that, let me guess....Is it your former boyfriend who just did you wrong???
Are you doing it because he has not reported illiegal aliens working for him? Not reported some income? Taken advantage of someone where it hurt them in business or taxes.
Or by knowing something are you using it as a way to get back at someone who did you wrong.
Remember what you are gonna report on this person, is considered a Federal Crime with fines and punishment and possible Prison Time. And if turns out it isn't true, you may get in trouble for a false accusation.
Make sure of your motives before you go forward...
If this person continues to do it, he will get caught sooner or later...

Yes, you can report them to the IRS, but you have to have pretty good proof about it. You might also be in for a reward if the IRS recovers enough from whoever you report.

I wouldn't go that far. I suggest you let them continue in their own little game and let the IRS catch up to them on their own. That way, you won't be involved, and they won't have any reason to turn around and audit you, too.. Oh, yes, they would.

If it's federal taxes, that's where you'd report it.
