Yes, there is a small amount of cyinide in apple seeds. It wont kill you to eat a few, it will only give you a stomach ache, but you can die if you eat a ton.
It would take a lot though, so dont be worried if you just happen to swallow a few.
Oh and to the person above me, that doesnt make any sence, you can buy and raw almonds everywhere and i eat them all the time. And yes they are completey raw, straight from the shell.

actual they do. A small quantity of pollution is recent in apple seeds. you will pick to consume an entire bowl of apple seeds for them to harm you. In adittion they'd pick to be overwhelmed, no longer complete.

Cyanide in apricot pits as well. The amount is minute and it would take quite a collection to really do harm.
