Well we can start by governing all 4-wheelers to 55 m.p.h with a mandatory stay in the right lane and no passing rule, raising the price of gasoline to $6.00 a gallon, Oh and we can't forget the road use tax and the fuel tax this is seperate from the one you are paying at the pump of course and since their are so many more 4-wheelers than big trucks our national debt would be solved that way we can concentrate more on destroying entire countries and then rebuilding all the damage we did. Only in America baby. Then bumping the big trucks up to 85 m.p.h Diesel prices back down to 1.00 a gallon and yes all truckers get a much needed pay raise, and of course all hub miles paid. Oh damn then I woke up from this awesome dream I was having but it seemed so real.
