Hawaiian Ham Salad:

4 servings
2 cups smoked ham, cubed cooked
8 ounces pineapple chunks
2 celery ribs, sliced
1/2 cup black olives, halved
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup peanuts
#1 Combine ham, pineapple, celery, and olives.
#2 Mix
#3 mayonnaise and lemon juice; stir into ham mix.
#4 Chill at least an hour.
#5 Stir in peanuts before serving.

I grind the ham in an old fashioned cast metal meat grinder. I follow the ham with a couple of hard boiled eggs. To the ham egg mixture I add some sweet pickle relish and enough Miracle Whip to hold the mixture together.

Rice Salad With Ham
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/3 cups cooked long grain rice
1/4 cup French salad dressing
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon seasoned pepper, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
8 ounces cooked ham, cut in thin strips, (1 1/2 cups)
1 cup cauliflower pieces
1 cup frozen green peas, cooked then drained and chilled
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
PREPARATION:
Toss rice with french dressing; chill thoroughly. Combine mayonnaise, onion, curry, salt, mustard, and dash of pepper. Toss with rice. Add ham and vegetables; toss. Serve salad on chilled melon or avocado slices, or over lettuce leaves.
Rice salad serves 6.

Hmm I never heard of a ham salad, but, if u want u can try this.
Cube the ham, and throw it in a contaner with potatoes(boiled) and mayo then mix in a packet of hidden valley ranch powder mix.U can also add chives to it.
Its really good.
If u want it to be more creamy, mix the mayo with a little sour cream!

I make it at the kitchen i work at...
take ham and put in food processor
pulse it until it is ground but not pureed
place in a bowl
add chopped celery, chopped onion
season with pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, a squeeze of brown mustard, real mayonaise and a little pickle relish
