I do not think that it would be a good idea to advertise it out where pedophiles may be able to learn about them.
It is a catch 22 but this is very public and I would not want to see safety compromised.

My suggestion may be some what out of date to some. I'd say the safest place for 13yr olds to chat --- your own back-yard, where they are in sight, but out of hearing. Seriously.
